International Organization Development Association (IODA) is a global network of professionals, consultants, practitioners, and academics in the field of organization development (OD). It is a dynamic, inclusive organization with active members from every continent.

Each year, IODA organizes an inspiring OD conference on a different continent, bringing together participants from around the world: vibrant, international, and inclusive. We are delighted that the international OD community will be coming to the Netherlands in August 2027.

Organization professionals from every corner of the globe will gather for a rich cross-pollination of approaches, theories, and worldviews.
