The IODA Conference is intended for:

• Organisation professionals from around the world — from all continents, not only Anglo-Saxon countries

• The professional community of change practitioners and organisation consultants in the Netherlands: independents, consultancy employees, and in-house professionals at large organisations

• Independent practitioners or members of OOA, LVSC, and other professional bodies focused on organisation and change management

• Researchers, lecturers, and students in the field of organisation and/or change management, affiliated with universities or universities of applied sciences
