The IODA Conference is intended for:

• Organization professionals from around the world — from all continents, not only Anglo-Saxon countries

• The professional community of change practitioners and organization consultants in the Netherlands: independents, consultancy employees, and in-house professionals at large organizations

• Independent practitioners or members of Ooa, LVSC, and other professional bodies focused on organization and change management

• Researchers, lecturers, and students in the field of organization and/or change management, affiliated with universities or universities of applied sciences

• Organizations facing a complex change challenge that they wish to present to conference participants
